Note that the VAR Partnership plan is the most common type and the sign up page defaults to this plan. If you would like to change your partner plan any time in the future just let your assigned Channel Manager know!
The VAR Partnership allows you to be up and running today with a customizable Web Control Panel provided by The Message Center with your URL and your Logo. You will need to provide:
- a support system for your customers
- a billing system for your customers
- a marketing strategy
This allow you to maintain your relationship with your customers with no need to develop the Control Panel or maintain the servers! (This is the most common partnership plan)
The API Partnership allows you to integrate the features and functionality that are provided by The Message Center into your existing Control Panel through our open API (Application Programming Interface). The API Partnership is typically used by:
- Larger hosting or Telco companies
- Companies with more than 50,000 existing customers
- Organizations with an existing Control Panel
If you are an API partner, our team will assist you with using our API in your Control Panel to provide your customers a seamless experience. You will need to provide:
- a development team to integrate via the API
- a support system for your customers
- a billing system for your customers
- a marketing strategy
The Outsourced Partnership allows you to focus on selling selling selling! You will be handed over to a fully integrated API Partner that provides everything you will need to get up and running, such as:
- a 24x7 support system for your customers
- a complete billing system for your customers
- a customized web based Control Panel that allows you to sell things outside of The Message Center
