You are NOT ABLE to connect mobile devices to the Exchange mailbox with a POP Access mailbox.

The Email Disclaimer allows you to have one standardized disclaimer at the bottom of the email sent, vs setting up the disclaimer individually on each computer.

For dedicated SSL on the OWA URL, two criteria must be met:
1) The account must contain more than 500 mailboxes(POP access does not count)
2) A Thawte/Verisign digital certificate is required with a specific format. We are able to provide the CSR for the partner. The customer/partner is required to purchase the certificate.

Public Folders are attached to the hosted Mirosoft Exchange account with a one gig quota.

You are able to add 1 gig increments to your Exchange Public Folders. Mailbox sizes are rounded up. I.e. if you add 100 megs you will be charged for the full 1 gig increment.

NotifySync is an application that uses ActiveSync to keep your Exchange and Zimbra data synchronized in real with your mailbox. NotifySync synchs with almost any Exchange or Zimbra server.

Archiving from Global Relay allows all email sent and received to be journaled, indexed, catalogued, and archived to two off-site locations. It is then viewable through a web based interface.

This charge is for archiving service for existing Global Relay customers under the Global Relay contact terms.

For customers that wish to use an archiving service outside of The Message Center options, we are able to journal mailboxes to a single mailbox that is able to be polled by the desired service for an added per mailbox charge. Additionally, one Full Access mailbox is needed per archiving service for the destination. The one mailbox may be subscribed to by the partner or the customer.

All customer and partners must abide by the Terms Of Service and are subject to The Message Center Abuse Policy.

Although we allow an "unlimited" amount of User and Domain Aliases, this is in direct relation to the amount of non POP Access mailboxes due to the "spam honeypot" potential and impact on system resources. A ratio of 4 to 1 is the ratio The Message Center team uses internally.

If a mailbox is deleted from the Control Panel or via the API, The Message Center engineers are able to recover the mailbox within 7 days of deletion for $50 (US dollars) per mailbox. Restores are processed M-F during standard business hours.

If an item is deleted (examples: a contact = 1 item, an email = 1 item, etc), The Message Center engineers may be able to restore the deleted item within 7 days of deletion for $50 (US dollars) per item. Restores are processed M-F during standard business hours.

Although The Message Center is extremely liberal with NET60 payment terms to partners, the person signing up for the partnership is personally liable for all payments and fees. If the payment is not received (in full) on or before the partner invoice due date, the following will occur:
1) There is a late payment penalty of 3% of the sub-total of the Partner Invoice that is multiplied by the number of days the payment is not received past the due date...up to 10 days.
2) At Close o Business on the 10th day of being past due, the partnership is disolved, the pending balance is sent to a third party collection agency, and the former partner's Customer accounts are contacted for approval to change to either The Message Center directly or another TMC Partner.

If The Message Center is billing the customer on behalf of the Partner, the customer is billable in Net30 terms. In the event that the Customer does not pay, the Partner is immediately billable under the Partner Payment Terms from the origination date of the Customer Invoice, and the Partner is responsible/liable for the amount due.
